well, i've been away from blogging for quite a while now, but i am hoping to start blogging regularly again. jesus is stirring so much in me and has been stirring so much in me. over a year and a half ago i got a tattoo of the word "justice" in hebrew on my wrist. i wanted to be marked by justice and have a daily reminder to live justly and to love mercy. daddy god was stirring up so much inside of me about justice, what his justice looks like, and how i am to be (we all are to be) deliverers of his justice. but you see his justice looks different. his justice comes from an upside down kingdom. a kingdom that says bless those who persecute you, if someone takes something from you don't ask for it back, give to everyone who asks of you. this is the opposite way. the better way. the way of love. the kingdom of our god is not the kingdom of this world. if we expect to change our world then we better learn how to live in the kingdom of our god. his kingdom = justice.
for the past two days holy spirit has been speaking so much and again stirring up what love and justice is, how we live it, and how living it out in this worldly kingdom will show that we are truly the sons and daughters of a higher kingdom and a higher love.
i came across this video a couple days ago. can't wait to see the whole thing. let your heart be stirred and your spirit moved in love that it may propel you to demand the justice of jesus everywhere in the world. jesus open our eyes, move our hearts, destroy our complacency and move us into a love that has actions and not just words.
